                 Powayan Public Higher Secondary School was rised in the year 2016-2017 by Vidya Prashad an education trust, created by Late Raja Ajay Verma Singh Ji of crest white Powayan State. the higher secondary schoolhad become a necessity so as to provide further education to passing out from Powayan Public School. Both the school mentioned above are the dream project of Late Raja Jai Singh Ji a great philanthropist. The Vidya Prashad is looking after both the school by its own resources under the able steewardship of Raj Mata Mridul Singh Ji. Her able guidance and management has infused new life and vigor into both schools.
               In 2016-17 the school was awarded recugnition for higher secondary education by U.P. Education Board.
